Information we collect and how we use it
We collect contact information you give us, such as your name, phone number, and email. We use it to respond to inquiries, provide and schedule home care services, and communicate with clients, families, and caregivers. We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business and are required to protect it, or when required by law.
SMS privacy
SMS consent is not shared with third parties. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS terms
Messages you may receive: clients and families receive replies to inquiries, visit scheduling, and service updates; caregivers and job applicants receive shift, scheduling, and application updates. We do not send marketing texts.
How you opt in: by checking the SMS consent box on our service agreement or employment application, or by giving verbal consent. Consent is not a condition of service or employment.
